Christ Episcopal Church actively supports Oak Cliff Churches for Emergency Aid (OCCEA). This organization operates out of Christ Episcopal Church (Chapman Hall Building ) located at 123 S. Llewellyn Avenue & 534 W. Tenth Street, Dallas, TX 75208.  Their operating hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The organization is a collective effort by the many denominations of churches of Oak Cliff to meet the emergency needs of those living in the area. The organization is a critical source of support for all individuals needing additional assistance.

www.OakCliffChurchesAid supplies food and emergency assistance to Oak Cliff residents. Limited funds are also available for other emergency needs. Financial assistance is extended directly to utility companies on behalf of our clients or requests from other social  service agencies. Our primary goal is to assist those seeking assistance who reside in our area, however all are welcome.  There are no fees for any of the services rendered.

Christ Episcopal Church works hard to provide a steady supply of non-perishable foods and toiletries to Oak Cliff Churches for Emergency Aid. We maintain a a large bin in the Parish Hall for this purpose.  We also encourage people to make monetary donations by writing a check to Christ Episcopal Church Dallas, making sure to put “Oak Cliff Churches for Emergency Aid” in the memo line OR you may make your check payable directly to Oak Cliff Churches for Emergency Aid.
